New Steppenwolf Theatre Company member will be Laura in the company's production of Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie during winter 1998-9. She has already appeared with Steppenwolf in The Playboy of the Western World and The Libertine. She has also appeared in Uncle Vanya, The Sisters Rosenzweig, The Heidi Chronicles and Robbers at Seattle Repertory Theatre; Suburbia at Lincoln Center Theater; Displaced Persons, The Great Unwashed, Prince of Tyre, The Haggadah and Runaways at Joseph Papp's Public Theater; as well as a number of plays by children with New York's 52nd Street Project. Film credits include Eye of God, I'm Not a Rappaport, I Shot Andy Warhol, Last Summer in the Hamptons, Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle, My Life's in Turnaround, Shy People, Parenthood, Running on Empty, Another Woman, Beautiful Girls, and the forthcoming Music From Another Room, 200 Cigarettes and Pecker. She's been a part of "The Defenders" and A Woman At War (BBC).
