| This member of Lookingglass Theater Company has designed sets and lights for many productions there including The Shaggs:Philosophy of the World, La Luna Muda, Summertime, Hamlet, Brundibar, Hard Times (Jeff Award) and Metamorphosis (Jeff Nomination). Brian's work has also been seen at Chicago Shakespeare, The Goodman, Steppenwolf, Court Theatre (After Dark Award), Writers' Theatre, NEXT, Timeline (Jeff Citation), Naked Eye Theater Company, the Bailiwick, City Lit and Apple Tree. Brian and his work have been featured in Stage Directions, Lighting Dimensions, Chicago Magazine, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Suntimes, and Performink. Awards include: LA Weekly Award for Best Scenic Design, The Shaggs: Philosophy of the World, an After Dark Award, and an Outstanding Season 2004 After Dark Award Paragon Springs. Brian was featured as one of the top emerging designers to keep an eye on in Entertainment Design Magazine in 2004.
