Recommended a "Must See" Show

Can hoodoo heal a broken heart? The ultra-talented Latinas of Teatro Luna, normally seen in ensemble-created monologue plays, bring their acting chops and their excess of soul to a more traditional script. "Jarred," by local Luna Tanya Saracho, is about Alicia, a woman who gets dumped and can't deal. Her solution? Black magic. Critics say this show is the perfect mix of smart comedy and well-paced telenovela. Add a cast of five fantastic actresses (including Saracho in a supporting role), and you have a fun, dishy, yet culturally enriching night out with the girls.
