Even if you’re not a pizza fan, you’ll love the two-for-one thin-crust deal at Vince’s. These guys are heavy-handed with the cheese and just as generous with the fixin’s. Go for Vince’s special, a pan-pizza topped with Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers, or try the veggie with toppings tailored to your liking. Of course, you can always keep it simple with the “all cheese” pizza. Vince’s also offers cheap pasta dishes like linguini, baked spaghetti and ravioli. You can add meatballs or sausage to any pasta dish for just $3.
Things start to get interesting at Vince’s once you realize there’s more than just pie on the restaurant’s menu; there’s also a whole slew of Mexican fare. Choose from taco dinners (3 to an order), chimichangas, flautas and enchiladas, to name a few. This place even has a little something for the health-conscious with its large selection of salads. Though, even some of these greens skirt the more indulgent side of things. Take the Italian salad, for one, complete with pepperoni, ham and mozzarella cheese. It might not the healthiest thing on the menu, but who can argue with something that was so clearly crafted after the mighty pizza pie?
