If you prefer cozy joints over big, rowdy restaurants, Thai Eatery may satisfy you. With only a handful of tables at the restaurant, you are sure to get special attention.
The restaurant serves a variety of noodle dishes such as pad thai, pad see ewe and lad nar, in addition to curry-heavy dishes (entrees run $6.40-$7.99). Try the gang moo tapo, spinach and pork in tamarind curry and coconut milk.
Other entrees include pepper and garlic (meat and mushrooms in a garlic sauce); cashew chicken, with sliced chicken, cashews, bell peppers and onions; and mixed vegetables in a light bean sauce. Appetizers run from $2.99 to $5.95 and include spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken satay, pot stickers, fried tofu and fish cake, which is a curry fish patty served with cucumber salad and crushed peanuts. And if you still have room after dinner, enjoy some green tea or coconut ice cream.
