While your first impression may not be "date spot," your first bite (and a glance at the bill) will have you saving this one for special occasions. While Silver Seafood's decor isn't much to write home about, the almost too-bright interior makes it the perfect setting for a low-pressure first date or a casual dinner out for the couple who is always together.
The prices are a little steep as far as Chinese restaurants go: an egg roll will set you back $3, and most entrees range from $8-$15. In addition to staples like orange chicken and moo shoo pork, the menu boasts a list of seafood dishes that give credence to this restaurant's name. Whether you're in the mood to try the $68 shark's fin soup with crab meat or are craving ginger shrimp, you'll be more than satisfied with the extensive roster of red snapper, shrimp, lobster, oyster and crab dishes.
