Chef Robert Packer, a Kendall College alum who once worked as sous chef for Watertower's Foodlife, brings Pan-Asian fare to the northern suburbs, to much critical success. Expect dishes like pan-seared Alaskan halibut with risotto prepared with "forbidden" rice.
