Owned and operated by CHIC graduate Chef Waite, the North Side restaurant offers authentic Jamaican food. Eats include oxtail and beans, coconut shrimp, curried chicken, jerk chicken, pumpkin soup, conch fritters, crab cakes and sides of steamed cabbage, spinach and plantains and collard greens (with or without ham hocks). Desserts include bread pudding, rum cake, grape nut ice cream, mango sorbet and sweet potato pudding.
