This quiet, far north suburban French Bistro is well worth the trip because of chef Jean-Marc Loustaunau's excellent cooking. The waiters all wear tuxedo-esque outfits, but the customers range from dressy to ultra-casual. The bistro features 1990 (the year it opened) prices on Tuesdays, where an assiette of duck breast and leg with sauce rouennaise will run you a shocking $13. Wednesdays offer crepes and Thursdays offer tapas.
