Huge portions of fast-food Chinese at cheap prices are what you'll find at Blue Willow. A greasy spoon in the truest sense of the word, its dusky, hole-in-the-wall ambiance means this is not a destination for those expecting a sit-down experience. But the dishes are tasty enough for a night of take out.
The staples are available: egg foo young ($4,25-7.95) or fried rice (starting at a dirt-cheap $3.50). The spicy hot wings ($7.50) will appeal to those meat-and-potatoes eaters who may find Chinese food too "exotic."
For a special treat that's hard to find at most restaurants outside of Chinatown, check out the fresh fruit smoothies ($2.50-$3.00), made with tapioca balls, or boba.
