Design by Spanish artists Jaume Plensa, the Crown Fountain in Millenium Park features two facing 50-foot glass block towering structures projecting video of 1,000 Chicago faces. The fountains pour into a shallow wading pool. The water is on from mid-spring through mid-fall.
