| H20 Soul is a trio of MCs (Cleva, MPLI and SunChild) who combine classic elements of hip-hop with progressive lyricism and soulful beats. Their onstage chemistry has impressed fans and critics alike, so look for them to make significant moves in 2008 (especially with the overwhelmingly positive response they’ve received from their latest EP Soul Reflection). It’s all about connecting to the people for these local MC’s (check out their dedication to Siretha “Nugget” White), and be sure to expect more from this group as they look to reintroduce fans to the sights and sounds that made them fall in love with hip-hop in the first place.
