From the outside, the OTB appears to be a run-of-the-mill hole-in-the-wall, basement haven for derelict suits and men's men. You'll find the interior quite a surprise as a Disneyesque mirrored escalator invites you and your wallet to come upstairs. Upon arriving on the second floor, you'll fork over a $1 admission fee. A cafeteria-style kitchen, complete with uncomfortable plastic chairs is on the right while a large bar and equally uncomfortable seating sits on the left.

Up one more series of escalators is a far more comfortable and attractive room with a bar and fewer patrons.
