You'll find all the Bar Louie goodness (and that great we-serve-late policy) at this well-sized Bucktown outpost. Comfort food's abound in the form of shrimp po' boys, plenty of burgers and the blackened chicken muffaletta. The small plates menu (a fancy name for $7-$10 appetizers) comes stocked with onion rings, chicken fingers, spinach and artichoke dip and salted pretzels served with a trio of sides (mmm, cinnamon honey butter).
But what's a bar without the booze? It dubs its signature Bloody Mary the house specialty, but serves five kinds of cosmos, plenty of martinis (like the interesting Cafe Con Leche with Starbucks Coffee Liqueur) and about 30 bottled and draft beers. Dollar burgers on Tuesday nights pack the place, and winos should stop by for half-price bottles on Thursdays.
