Tonight, Flosstradamus takes it back to the party style that made the duo famous: spinning for a small, enthusiastic crowd at a low-key, neighborhood bar. This time around, instead of pushing the blends, mash-ups and Serato stylings, the boys are going back to the good ol' days of doo-wop and soul.

There's also punk dance group the Death Set and Chicago's own up-and-coming MC, Hollywood Holt. The Hey Champ DJs, Million $ Mano, Marco Morales, Capcom, LA*Jesus and Sound Conspiracy all perform tonight to celebrate Independence Day and support our troops. A portion of the proceeds from this party benefit the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, an organization that's dedicated to helping new war vets get adequate health insurance and support.

If you like to juke, consider it your patriotic duty to come out and represent Chicago at this Bmore vs. Juke vs. Ghetto House showdown. Zebo is bringing in Baltimore's own Scottie B and Mike Dunn, while he and Power 92's DJ Nehpets represent the Chicago and Detroit sound. Yup, it's the fourth of July, which means one thing: Music 101's renting a yacht, filling it with liquor and awesome DJs and hoping you'll cough up the money to find a spot on board. This year, everyone meets at Lumen before being carted off to the lake to listen to the sounds of DJ Lady D and a live performance by FFM. Afterwards, everyone gets carted off to Lumen for DJ Hiroki and another performance by FFM (yes, they're that good).
